• Presented & Published the paper titled “Conceptual Framework: Investigating Behavioural Biases in Investment Decision” at the VBTicon 2024, International Conference on Digital Transformation and Social Development, in collaboration with Gujarat Technological University, on 22nd November 2024. The event was organized by Vidhya Bharti Trust, affiliated with Gujarat Technological University.
• Presented & Published the paper titled “The Impact of Anchoring Bias on Retail Investor Decision Making: A Behavioural Finance Perspective” at the VBTicon 2024, International Conference on Digital Transformation and Social Development, in collaboration with Gujarat Technological University, on 22nd November 2024. The event was organized by Vidhya Bharti Trust, affiliated with Gujarat Technological University.
• Presented the paper titled “Theoretical Framework: Exploring Behavioural Biases in Investment Decision Making” at the International Conference on Sustainable Development in Management and Technology (ICSDMT – 2024), held on 29th-30th March 2024.
• Presented a research paper titled “Economic Impact of Mahakumbh 2025 on Local & National Growth” at Vishleshan 2025 – An International Conference on Exploring the Intersections of Technology, Humanities, and Science in the New Era of Digital and Artificial Intelligence, organized by P P Savani University from 7th to 9th March 2025.

·         Delivered a total of six soft skills training sessions for employees of Goldi Solar, hosted by SRK Institute of Skills, between December 2024 and February 2025. The sessions covered key workplace competencies, including Non-Verbal Communication, Creativity, Problem Solving, Team Building & Collaboration, and Teamwork.

·         Participated in a national workshop on “Power BI” organized by Office Master on 16th March 2025.

·         Completed a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “Business Ethics” offered by IIT Kharagpur through NPTEL from January to April 2025, securing 88% and earning Silver Elite certification.

·         Completed NPTEL “Business Ethics” offered by IIT Kharagpur from January to April 2025, securing 88% and earning Silver Elite certification.

·         Completed a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “AI Tools for Research, Teaching, and Accreditation” at IMS Ghaziabad from 9th December to 13th December 2024.

·         Participated in the webinar on “Empowering Educators in AI and IoT” organized by the Knowledge Consortium of Gujarat, Education Department, Government of Gujarat, on 13th November 2024.

·         Attended the International Conference on Multidisciplinary & Multilingual “Inclusive and Equitable Quality Education to Stimulate Lifelong Sustainable Learning Opportunities for HEIs in India”, held on 4th-5th October 2024, as part of the Erasmus+ ERASMUS-EDU-2022-CBHE-STRAND-1 Project No. 101082909 (“InEq-SL”), jointly organized by IDPT and SRLIM, Surat (SU).

·         Completed NPTEL: Brand Management course from IIT Kanpur during July-September 2024, achieving a National Score of 57%.
